Incorrect Ban - Appealed but rejected

Hi, I'm just a casual player 43 years old, father of two and once my little monsters are asleep I play APEX.
I play APEX since 2020.

My account got a ban for cheating for some reason where I have no interest in cheating in this game as enjoy the competitiveness and simply I know I'm just a casual player ranking somewhere in plat most of the time. I simply have different priorities so I don't care so much about rating nevertheless being interested in cheating.

I have appealed it twice with no result (closed - rejected). Please can someone advice how to contact anyone from EA Games who would actually consider that they have a false positive here and actually review my account.
Would cheater actually have such average performance as me. I honestly can't think of any other proof. What can I do to deliver a proof? Was my account taken over? - can they check the logs?

I log in only from my home but internet is sometimes unstable so I switch to mobile networks which gives me better latency.

I will be thankful for any advice. For now I'm stuck with Overwatch.

KR,

Toshi

Honestly, Respawn doesn’t even care but casual players anymore. It’s depressing. I’m moving to Valorant probably. My bro is probably going to Overwatch, but he said he’ll just play any game I play so I suppose we are going to Valorant.

Yea, it feels they don't really care about already dramatically shrinking player base.

    ToshIRE,

The APEX Stat Tracker corroborates at least some parts of your story but saying that you are "mostly a platinum" player is misleading. You have reached Masters rank at least once and you were a Diamond player a mere 3 weeks ago. We cannot confirm of course you being 43 and a caring father of 2 (I am not sure how is it relevant in your case either) I am guessing you stated that to generate sympathy in the readers. I am not sure why you suspected that your readers would think that somebody at age 43, being a father could not cheat in an online game either.

It is somewhat interesting to have a wired internet connection that produces higher latencies than a mobile network (must be really bad). Also, you (in average) win 1 match for 10 kills on your accounts, which is exceptionally high from a pure statistical perspective and most definitely not a common trait of a "casual player" or an "average player" you claim to be.

I am guessing they are not pushing the "ban" button without a reason and they definitely not reject an appeal without a reason.

I would suggest upping on the honesty side a bit if you really wanted to gain support from the community and wish you the best of luck with your appeals.

Relax, it's not that deep Sherlock. EA and Respawn has given out plenty of false bans before.

I never said that he was not banned falsely, I just said that what he said was not well supported with facts and wished him well with his efforts, right, Ace?

Hello. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You can submit up to 3 disputes with Terms of Service. If they investigate your account 3 times and do not overturn it, the ban will need to remain in place. Unfortunately, there is nothing else that can be done at that point. Please see the article here for more information on bans as well as instructions for disputing them. Thank you.
