EA...Respawn....Please respect Korean players....

Hello. I'm a Korean player who loves Apex Legends. I translated Korean into English and posted it, so please understand if there are any grammatical problems or awkward parts.

Korea is a country where Apex Legends has been officially released, but since the Seoul server is closed, Korean users are mainly playing games on Tokyo servers.

However, the quality of this Tokyo server is not good, so Korean players are experiencing high ping and packet loss issues...

On top of that, Tokyo servers have so many cheaters that many players often play games on servers in North America at the risk of higher ping.

I am so sad that these problems show no signs of being resolved....

On top of that, recently, Cheok, a Korean streamer, has been suffering a lot from a hacking problem on his account, but I feel so deprived as I found out on Twitter that the problem is not even solved...

Moreover, I reported to them a while ago, suffering from non-manner players who disparaged and abused Korea, but no proper sanctions have been made.

The Apex Legends players in Korea feel so deprived due to the numerous problems that Korean players are experiencing and the passive promotion of the game....

Please respect Korean players as well.... Korean players have the right to be respected as well.

    @EA_Illium First of all, thank you for your reply. But it's not me who is suffering greatly from account hacking issues, it's Cheok who is a streamer in Korea... And he's having a hard time because even though he reported the issue to EA on Live Chat, it's still not being solved properly...

    And already I've seen the 'Report players for cheating, abuse, or harassment' page, and I haven't received an answer yet that sanctions have been imposed on those non-manner players, even though I've reported them through all the means I can do... and this is going on by countless Korean players, not just me.

    In addition, because live chat is not activated well on Korean pages, it is very difficult for Korean players to consult on solving problems through live chat, and because they cannot consult over the phone, Korean players often give up playing games because it is difficult to solve them.

    And besides that, many other problems that Korean players are experiencing, such as server problems, cheater problems, passive game promotion and event progression, remain for a long time...

    I hope the issues are resolved, so that Korean players can have fun playing Apex Legends in a more pleasant environment... Please respect Korean players....

    @EA_Illium I just got an email a little while ago saying nothing has been done about the history I've reported. If it's about a non-manner country demeaning player that I've reported... I'd be really disappointed... they were players who used voice chat to abuse abusive language, especially one who abused me in Japanese through chat, but I'd be really upset if nothing had been done...

    Apologies but to confirm are you wanting an update on a potential email you recieved about a report you made?

    If so, as mentioned above we are unable to assist with reports here on Answers HQ, so we would not have additional information or details to share with you. 

    As I last mentioned, if you come across someone breaking our User Agreement or fair play rules please report them and the appropriate team can investigate.

    @EA_Illium I just checked the answer you wrote, but I don't know if it's because the translation through the translator is not done properly, but I don't understand what you're saying.

    First, I registered by e-mail from a site called naver, and there was a story that ea's live chat was not open, so I changed it to my Google account email address, but live chat has never been active until now.

    Still, I can receive the results of the in-game report by e-mail, but I have never received a report that sanctions have been imposed on a person who abused me through voice chat, and I have only received an e-mail that no sanctions have been imposed on non-manner players I reported in the game.

    Why aren't there proper restrictions on people who use foul language through voice chat? Even yesterday I was greatly insulted by two non-manner players who used to use foul language through voice chat....do you think this is really right?

    @EA_Illium Why is it closed when it's still unresolved? Non-manner players who cursed at me through voice chat are not sanctioned yet!

    @EA_IlliumHey.... apparently I took all the ways I could and reported non-manner players who cursed at me via voice chat, but I wrote that down on Answers HQ because I wasn't informed that their sanctions had been done, but I still haven't been informed of any sanctions on non-manner players for that matter... Why aren't EA and Respawn sanctioning non-manner players who abuse their voice chat?

    Even though the majority of them have made disparaging comments about Korea, the fact that sanctions have not been imposed on them is even more upsetting.....As a Korean player, I feel quite deprived.....
