Heirloom Shard pack rarity - opened over 250 Apex packs and nothing

Hello, I just want to know how much percent chance is that I receive that bonus Heirloom Shard pack from Apex Pack. I opened over 250 apex packs during one week but i do not receive even one Heirloom Shard pack. Thank you

    @cerentis Usually people that think this have miscounted. Either way no one on the forum can help check. You would have to contact support.

    Isnt there a pity system wich grants shards at pack opening nr. 500 ?

    @Apyhs I hope so but I think by this time I have already opened 500+ apex packs (if packs from battle pass and level up counts) and I still received nothing.

    I was allready at this point. I was sure i had at least 500 packs opened. But statistically,  based on a calculator I found and on the purchases I did, I'm at 370 these days.
