Heirloom Shard pack rarity - opened over 250 Apex packs and nothing

Hello, I just want to know how much percent chance is that I receive that bonus Heirloom Shard pack from Apex Pack. I opened over 250 apex packs during one week but i do not receive even one Heirloom...

    @cerentis Usually people that think this have miscounted. Either way no one on the forum can help check. You would have to contact support.
