how heirloom refund still not a thing?

I bought 2 mythics for 150 heirloom shards in black friday and I am not happy with what I got. I also didn't know the Claw will be available for shards after the event is gone... Now I just want to refund both of my heirlooms for the claw but it seems like... its impossible. I read on the forum and people are asking this for 4 years. 4 years is a real shame for a live service game like this I feel bad about politicy and my "heirlooms".
