I lost my progress

I have been playing apex since it came out I have been using the same information for how long this game has came out I played during when cross progression was out but now I have switched from Xbox to ps4 and I have linked it to my EA account that was also used for my Xbox account but I have not yet gotten the cross progression pop up.

i need help please!
