The message 'Unable to send. Please fix the errors and try again' appears and the report cannot be submitted.
After that, if you press the send button again, the message 'This page has timed out. Please refresh and try again.' appears and the report is not accepted.

I know who that player is. I can give you the player's Twitch address along with the date and time of the stream.

Unfortunately Forum mods dont have the luxury of being able to ban people nor can just give the ban team the info i would recommend trying the link QueenBee attached on different browsers and see if thats any help. :)
