Apex needs more social features and a stronger sense of community
Aside from issues related to legend balance, the number of legends, weapon and map updates etc. (all important things), in my opinion, Apex really only needs a few things to become "the game": More lore updates (it's more enjoyable to play in a world that feels alive) More balanced ranks with fewer resets and more rewards for ranked players, with a system that encourages improvement Public server predator leaderboards and a hall of fame (Are we talking about the most watched televised sport in the Apex universe, or not?) Bring back Clubs with more settings and dedicated challenges or tournaments for ranked players Small seasonal tournaments that require group registration to participate Expand the shooting range's potential to create a sort of sandbox where you can meet up with lots of people At the end of a Battle Royale match, see the podium statistics (at last the last 3 teams) Different and faster game modes, like 3v3 Arenas (but with heavy penalties for abandoning)[Personally, I really liked them] In my opinion, more Above all, the game is missing a lot of sociality and a sense of community... these are just thoughts and ideas. Apex has so much wasted potential, I hope some dev or person behind the project reads this post and gets inspired.
Seriously one of the worst support teams in the whole gaming industry
Hi, I’d like to start this by saying I’ve been playing apex since release month. Throughout the years of playing apex I had 2 violations from chat in the game which I’m sure most of us have done in the past and regret it. Now this year (2026) I’ve started to play the game more like I used to years ago and on March 6th 2026 I was permanently banned, it took me a couple of appeals to even find out why I even WAS permanently banned in the first place. It was said that I had gameplay enhancements which I do not understand at all bc I play on a controller only plugged into the back of my PC or sometimes I’ll play on keyboard and mouse and I’ve never had anything to give me an advantage in 6 years of playing this game, I cannot fathom how many hours I’ve spent playing apex and let alone how much money I’ve spent, EA help gives no support as well and refuse to even send a real human being to support these appeals, just the same automated response by a robot each and every time. I gonna put some images of my struggles with this team below. I’ve asked them to show any kind of proof that I’ve had “gameplay enhancements” and been ignored, I’ve also reached maximum appeals somehow as they DO NOT help with appeal issues at all. I have ZERO idea of what gameplay enhancements they are talking about as I play legit and for years in the past I was a console player and now all of a sudden I’m on pc and apparently I’m using things to “gain an advantage” I’d like to end this with saying that I’m actually really disappointed in my account being permanently banned falsely (in my opinion) and getting no help with it?? What’s the point in having appeal system if you’re just gonna send the same robot response each time. I’ve been on EA over 14 years (2012) and I get treated like this. Has anyone else had this problem in the past with one of your accounts and getting zero and I mean absolutely ZERO support on resolving the issue?

Purchased all packs for the Gundam Heat rod Collection and there is not a last pack I can buy . I clearly bought all of them and still did not receive it . Hello everyone, I’ve been trying for over two months now, sending multiple emails and support tickets, to get unbanned. My account was hacked, and the hacker did something that caused me to get banned in Apex Legends. With my first unban request, I was actually unbanned and able to log back into Apex Legends on my PlayStation 5. However, now I seem to be under some sort of “shadowban”: the matchmaking queue is stuck permanently at “1.” I can’t enter the Firing Range, play Ranked, or access any other modes. I’ve already changed my email address three times, but nothing has changed. Support doesn’t respond at all—even though I’ve invested a lot of money in Apex Legends. I don’t get any replies by email, and my unban requests aren’t being processed. When I contact live support, they just tell me to submit another request—but how can I, if nobody responds? Play during day = bad, play during evening/night = better
Is it just me or are all the BAD/TERRIBLE/KIDS players play during the day and the good/serious players play during the evening/night? Intelligent humans are patter recognition machines, and it seems that on the daily the n00bs play during the day, you know, Octane users, hot droppers, mentally retarted players... And the serious good ranked players play during the day/evening, you get good matches, not wins all the time but top 5 placement with positive RP... Seems to me playing during the day you just loose a bunch of RP and during evening/night you farm some... The ranking system needs a tweek, if you are constantly dying in the first minute or two because your octane team wants to hot drop and suicide every time, it should queue you with non stupid players based on PATTERNS... Also, something everyone thinks but no one says, if you have no skill you have to 3rd party, bad players will never understand nor have an honest fight in their life, and I get it, BR is 3rd party by default, but still does not remove the OBJECTIVE FACT that if you 3rd party, even if it gives you kills, rank and wins, you are still lesser than those who had honest fights...Matchmaking
This game is really crack. Matchmaking is really crack. I have 1700 hours and i just wanna play alone but apex legends doesnt wanna this. Everytime, EVERYTIME bottom damagers and low hours coming my rank match, anothers team have an always normal players. Why am i always trying to carrying another teammates. Always my teammates low damage low gamesense how can this possible and im always talking and giving information on mic. My rank just a f***** diamond, this guys how can coming this rank. Diamond not a good rank i know it but im just trying to fun alone, how can possible i seen everygame same experience? This not a new i see every seasons same experience. Diamond not hard for me but this game doing harder for me. If you are not 3 players in this game, everytime is founded 2 talentless player in your team. I'm watching some streamers in the dia and masters, when they are playing alone everytime teammates came is good. w.t.f. is wrong my matchmakings. Im really so boring my last 300 or 400 hours, im just played for battlepass and for events. I don't wanna find more 2 players, apex developers pls check my fkn last 200 rank matches and gimme any makesense words. I just wanna write here, that is my rage and im really boring last times in this game but i wanna play this **bleep**. I'm not boring this game im boring this matchmaking. That is just a rage.
