I wanna make autoexec cfg files so my fps changes when I hit a certain button it makes it easier to superglide. For example, Ill click a key like b and it will make me jump and lower my fps at the same time so when I scroll back, it jumps and crouches at the same time for an easy superglide. is this cheating? (I play on a 144hz monitor)
But then why did they put in the advanced launch options? If it's bannable why don't they remove the advanced launch options?
Why is it so hard these days for ppl to just play the game the way it was meant to play. Anyone looking to advance via any type of unnatural change (cheat) to the way the game was meant to be played is just contributing to the plaguing problems that will one day soon completely destroy FPS BR's and competitive gaming altogether.
The amount of ppl on this forum alone asking if its ok to cheat in some way is sad and frustrating.
Stop looking for ways to get an advantage on your opponents. Just practice and earn the ability to be better. Have some integrity. Find some morals. I cringe to think if these ppl work this hard to try and bypass hard work and earned skill in video games - what else in life or better (who else in life) do they step on and climb over on their way to the top.

Any exploit or alteration of the games original intended way of play is bannable. You are acting like the second you superglide you will automatically get banned. You won't. You get banned when someone reports you for impossible movement. You are not going to get banned by supergliding around the firing range, like mokeysniper. The people who get banned are ones who use movement exploits to win fights. As far as autoexec files, i would recommend staying away. Anti cheat gets updated periodically and may detect something that you have running and then autoban. Trust me, you dont need any of the things discussed in this forum to reach pred or get a 20 bomb, or just be good at the game in general. Practice, thats what will make you good. If performance of the game is what you are after due to lower end hardware, just lower all in game settings and it will be the same. Just so you know, superglide, tap strafing, caustic ult zoom, and all other movement exploiters are being banned right now, pros too. I would stay away from it but you are free to make your own decisions.
Oh, dare I? I play on controller and use super glide. I can't get it 100%, so I just use it getting around and not in combat. You PC guys should have to express your skill by actually making all three inputs at the same time the way I do, rather than letting the software do it for you.
I'm not sure exactly how much tongue I've actually got in cheek here, but it's not 100%. I do use super glide on roller but I don't care if you auto exec it, I just saw some low hanging fruit for a timely analogy to other currently pressing controversies.

@Coletono2If you follow the comment section in that thread, there is one guy explaining how to bind an auto-exec to get consistent super glides without the fps reduction. No changes to fps needed. But the auto-exec still does like 3 actions in one button so idk if it's allowed or not.
Many people bind 2 actions on 1 button including pro players, so if 2 actions are allowed why not 3. I'm referring here to the double tap-strafe or to the W+jump on scroll up, which makes tap-strafe easier.
