my account got banned for no reason APEX LEGENDS

I was playing apex normally and suddenly I got Banned I've 200 sth play time and records of me sucking at the game with 0.sth kd and I got banned.

I might have been IP hacked or something.. I still have quite a lot of apex coins inside please help. Also my last game before my ban with 0 kills I don't think that will be me hacking.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @xxPeepWLD I got banned for no reason too. I reported it almost 2 months ago. They just said they wouldn't come back and consider my id again. To this day, I still don't know what I got banned. In the mail just wrote that I cheated even though I play normally everything I played like this for 1200 hours and this problem has a lot of people banned like this in Thai people. They also don't know why they got banned.

    Notify about sending evidence, you will receive the same email reply as usual.
    They won't come back and consider my ID again.
