Rampart & Crypto - Suggestion to make their ultimate combo viable

@Sir_Named I've been in his shoes, got inside a building after my teammate got downed and, as I peaked through the window to see where the attackers are, the drone came down and Sheila shredded me in a second or less. Still, I stand in favor of this idea, but properly adjusted.

@xMaxrayx, I think Apex is more flexible than that, players can win without having great aim, through teamwork and high IQ plays. Also it's harder to come up with cheats for abilities and movement, good game sense cannot be faked.
