Cross progression has been broken since it came out and I've still not my acc
I've been jumping through fiery hoops of hell to try and get my account back I've been through the ea "support" about 5 times and they've not helped me and told me that it's an automated process which is complete insanity considering that it's taken weeks of process and a lot of money and effectively reduced it to dust. Please can literally anyone either help me get my account linked and working as it was before cross prog or can I just get some amount of compensation. I'm getting sick of asking about this and I'm reaching my breaking point, I just want my **bleep** pathfinder heirloom back.
Could you give a bit more context to what is going on? Did you not have your progress merged, or are you missing your progress? Have you ever unlinked/relinked any of your platform accounts?
No I did not have my progress merged and I lost about 5-6 seasons worth of content that I paid for including an heirloom from my Playstation progress.
No I have not unlinked/ relinked this platform account, I linked my playstation account to my EA account way before the thought of cross progression ever entered my mind.
So back when Cross Progression finally came out after waiting a long time for it my account for my playstation wasn't linked on the cross progression prompt (see attached) However upon looking once my accounts merged all of my Playstation progress (around season 2 to season 7-8) was completely absent from my account however when I asked one of my friends to send me an image of my account on the game and the account (Slowbro_04) is clearly linked on the Connected accounts section on the image (see attached) the "consistently inconsistent" is the name I had on steam at the time and the other account linked is the account linked from my Nintendo Switch that had next to no progress which is confusing as this account was linked to my EA account after linking my Playstation account. I do not know if it was overwriten or otherwise. Please either help me get my progress back or give me some kind of compensation for this because I've been locked out of content that I paid for. Please help, and don't send me those links to the cross progression page and what It is because I've already been sent that link many times and had nothing helpful from it. I know for a FACT that my account was linked a good few years before the cutoff date.
