'Lower ranked usually means their MMR is close to yours but haven't grinded as much AP' - this particular dev has never played Arena and it shows. There is blatant lvl 30s bronze/Silver players(bots) in Platinum plus lobbies and they do like 200 dmg total. This shows your MMR system is dumpster tier for a ranked mode, this mode has no 'competitive' aspect to it. It's just Arena pubs with AP slapped on it, and with even low player pool.
Someone needs to take a bucket of iced water and wake the Arena dev team from their daydreams.
If I invite all random teammates to party, almost 50% of them won't be able to queue up with me cuz 'ranked tier difference is too big'. Go figure.
