Hello anyone reading this.I just wanted to ask when your account gets banned you get a email from EA that tells you why your account was banned it has a receipt like paper that tells what you did/type or the reason why they banned I kinda delete that email but I know the reason why my account got blocked but is there anyway to get EA to send you that email again ?

Hey @MadAhu7, I'm not sure if there's a way to have that email get sent to you again, but you should be able to see the reason in your ban history. You can also always reach out to our terms off service team to raise a dispute if you feel like the ban wasn't justified.

hey thx for the reply I actually found it! xd

but but my opinion don't matter if they are not going to read anything I send them

plus banning whole account just for 1 ward doesn't seem fair I mean they could just lock me out from apex but taking the whole account xd

Wow, that is pretty savage. They permanently banned you for one word?
Seems a little extreme. Was this your first ban on the account?

I've edited your post to remove the attachments. If certain chat resulted in your account being banned, please don't repeat that on the forums either.

Typically there would have been a prior warning or suspension if the most recent action resulted in a ban, however we are unable to review or change these actions via the forums.
