Seer currently has a 1.8 percent pickrate. He deserves a couple of small buffs

tl;dr: bring back seer's circle ellipses and revert the sensor spikers (heartbeat detection) nerf back to 1.25 to make him feel less clunky to use. they already fixed what made him op so respawn devs...

@soccerking122 He was totally broken at the start due to the tactical doing everything.

I still hate him. Both as a teammate and enemy. Teammates that play him rarely communicate when enemies are near. And enemies always seem to know where I am. I'm with kel. The less I see of him the happier I am.
