All of this is for apex legendsLike it says here as I want to make sure that I don't do anything that could potentially get my account banned. I still want to communicate though but am worried that whatever I say will be taken out of context or I'll get banned for just saying certain phrases (like it was already confirmed that even typing "your mom" will get you banned even if it was just "what did your mom say about it? or similarly stuff like asking "is that racist?" will also get you banned)If not is it worth just disabling chat althogether?

Hey @GimmyYourMilk those examples you shared have not got anyone banned. If you are rude or abusive towards others then you risk action being taken on your account. Simply chatting away and having fun will not. Darko

@GimmyYourMilk Apex is poop. I got banned cos trashtalking with my FRIEND, and I couldnt even remembered when it was. Dont use chat, use mic, until they implement draconic ai supervisor, you should be safe

Just use your mic, you can even harras everyone and nothing will ever happen.

@el7uarvszheo Even with typed out chats they refused to ban the player that was harassing me. So, I don't think they ban people for this anymore. Maybe they used to. They even made it a point to send me an email telling me they were taking no action. I came close to uninstalling this game over this.

Please do not spread false info, players do get banned for treating others badly over voice comms, there is this thing called voice to text, and one can also submit recorded games for investigation as well.

To you as well, please do not spread false/misinformation. It is against the rules to harrass others in game and swearing at them.

Bottom line: Treat players with a little bit of respect, even if they do not treat you so. Report them if they are breaking the rules. Do not spread misinformation as this helps no one.

@Asmodeus566The only thing I can think then is they weren't able to track the evidence that this all happened. I really need to start recording all of my gameplay. I was recording for awhile, but I just happened to not be recording when this happened. I suppose also since this person used multiple accounts to harass me they wouldn't necessarily have information on everything the person said, even though the last game where I reported was bad enough. I guess I should give the management the benefit of the doubt on this one that maybe they were not able to piece together the whole conversation.
