worst company

Hey, I know that u guys can’t help me I’ve been ban for 4 years anyways they wouldn’t unban me I just wanted to show the community how bad the company is bc banning my es account just for being toxic in 1 games is smth else because there is a lot of games and time and money I puted in this game just sad to see that and after 4 years they can’t even tell me ok it has been 4 years maybe he changed let’s give him a chance nah they answer like it’s an Npc doing auto reply I fr think that TOS are auto replies from

botd bc it’s always the same msgs they do not even accept message to maybe try to talk to them tell them I really will change… It’s a dumb company to bc they do not ban up they ban account so people are toxic that cheats that boost all that can recreate new accounts how * stupid is that what’s the point of banning then

I am sorry to her what happened to you 4 years ago. 

Being Toxic/hatefull or harrasing others has no place in gaming etc. 

It is against the ToS and is punishable as you know all so well.

I agree that people can change however I have no way of helping with your case.

The best option that I can see is create a new account and show that you have changed.

Posting here and calling EA the worst company ever as well as calling the ToS team bots, and dumb is not all that helpful for your argument that you have changed. I really like the NPC comment, like that is not a little bit like an insult at all, SMH. 

Sad to say that if the ToS team found you in violation of their rules and actioned your account and have sent you an e-mail that no further appeals will be accepted then that is what it is. 

Accept the fact, learn from your mistakes and move on. 

Don't worry my friend u are not the only one. Got banned on my 8k h main cuz my team decided to trash talk me and i said 1 bad word witch was my first strike to say it like this and i got perma banned for that ( maybe the guy that trash talk me was the son ceo or something🙂) ), facts is that they don't care about u. They don't read the messages u send or listen to ur story just send and auto response like " we allready investigated and further messages will be ignored ( u got only 2 reply till that happen ).  They don't read the conversation u had and lead to u saying that word , the other party can call u the n word and nothing happen to them, only u . So just leave it like that the only thing u can do is something i can;t say here cuz my post will be removed again . Funny thing is that i had reported multiple players on my other accounts for toxic or harasment. Things like calling me a bot, n word , f word and other things like this , but the reply i got is "We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time." like bro rly? thy call me names and other stuff and they get nothing ? hello ? i got perma banned for 1 word and on this account i allready got a strike cuz i call someone a bot and they say its harasement while when i report others they get away? nah .Worst of all is when u see others getting only 1 day ban 3 days 7 days and u get insta perma. And let's not bring the t&c that we all accepted when ppl like streamers and so on can say all of this and nothing happen. GL EA 🙂 peace

I get you my friend I feelnreqlly bad for you bc ur so damn right with everything u said and dw about it they were insulting me to but sadly in voice chat I said smth in chat the y bannend me and yea ur right those tos are bots auto replies they trying or hide it but we all know it is it’s just sad to see us get ban by smth like that and when we pitted thousand of hours in that game wish u luck my friend and I get what u meant with unbanned thing I wouldn’t do that my self bc k don’t thing it’s a great idea but would be a solution to i stopped playing the game since i got ban anyway 4 years ago I just kept sending an email every years saying they may think I changed give me another chance but nah worst company as I said auto replies they don’t even take time for u I feel mostly bad for all the other games I bought since it has nothing to do with apex but still can’t play them bc I got perm ban my account  

The funny part is I’m not expecting u guys to help me bc i know u guys are only here for the forum but well mb for saying bot but to me it means auto replies I get you  some people may take it as an insult but I don’t understand why u guys want us to create new accounts that’s litterly a money Methode for you guys bc the account we got ban on putted idk 500€ bucks let’s say they ban u by saying smth small they know u won’t give up created new account buy new skin again and again so sad that it only things about money in the game has been dieing but better invest in the player then using them for money that’s my opinion they hiding all that that’s the worst part

i stop putting a single penny in the game from the first ban , like hell nah got 3 heirlooms , all skins, all bp, badges etc, after that nothing, just play vs hackers that they never ban got like 200 vid with them and they still play to this day 🙂). So yeah just give up. If they think is a good marketing idea to ban ppl cuz they may pay again is a bad design, none want to waste time and money again after they invested first time , not when the game is a mess infested cheater fiesta and other good games around.
