Wtf??!!
I was playing a game of trios fine but in the middle of requeuing the game froze. I restarted the game and when connecting I got a pop up that states that my account is not permitted to play online. Any help to this?

same here. I've tried everything and still get the same massage. The ability to report things to EA is a joke.
