Не заходит в APEX

When I launch the game, it goes to the loading screen, but when I try to go to the main screen, it just loads endlessly, and then says the connection to the server has timed out. What should I do? I've tried restoring the game files, reinstalling it, and changing the DNS server, but nothing has helped.
