Apex Bann nach Update

I dont know if you understand our problem with google Translate.

First. I didnt cheat. I never use cheats in any online game. 

Now the problem. I know some one else playd on my acc. I dont know how because i never give my acc and the password to any of my friend. I took a break 2 day from apex. In this time some one used my acc. He hackt my password or something. After 2 days i loged on in in origin and oringin says to me that i was loged in on a nother device. I only playd apex on my computer. And only on my PsychoEmperor acc. I immediately changed my pw and activate 2 factor ID. I saw only minor changes on my acc Account. Things like some changes on the champion cards or he changed my homecountry and city from switzerland and zürich to china but not much more.. i tottaly forgot that he maybe used cheats.. i explaind that situation to the suport but i only get the normal answer. That they checkt my APEX games that i diddnt playd and sayd we saw you cheat you stay bannd... but the  dont check my origin acc
