My game was locked without any notice, and there was no punishment even on the official website. Why was it locked without any third party?

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.
If the game is locked but nothing is showing on the official site, the first thing worth checking is whether you’re signed into the correct EA Account. The active penalties should normally appear in Penalty History, but if nothing shows there, possible reasons include being on the wrong account, a temporary tool issue, or the penalty not being listed there.
Unfortunately, locks, bans, and appeals can’t be reviewed here on the forums. If you still don’t see anything in Penalty History, the next step would be to use&nbsp;this&nbsp;webform and explain the situation in as much detail as possible.&nbsp;
