I bought 100 packs and decided to not open them yet just for them to disappear the following day when I went online

Can someone help me out cos it's my first purchase and this is happening

Unfortunately we can't look into missing content here on the forums. Just to check, do you have a lot of extra cosmetics on your account that you didn't before? Is it possible that the system opened them for you automatically?
I'd recommend following the steps in this article to see if that can make them appear, and if not, to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
