Hello i need help,whenever i wanna update apex today,it just gives me this error,i tried everything and still doesn't work,is it me or ea app is broken?
I found the fix,my apex files got corrupted and i had to do chkdsk in command promt,and i was able to update the game,now,you need to help me resolve the suspension i have on my account since 2020,it has not been removed
Community ManagerHey @NemanjaKole Please follow the steps below to update your EA App. First, perform a cache clean or App Recovery in the EA App. Then, close down the app and also close EAappbackgroundservice from the task manager. Next, navigate to the location where you have the EA App folder. By default, it is located in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop. Once you find the folder, locate and click on EAUpdater.exe to update the app.. Finally, check if you are able to update the game after completing the update for the EA App.
