Apex Legends Freezes then shuts down Xbox One X console

That particular issue seems quite frustrating. But it doesn’t seem to be the same as the one I’m experiencing. 

right now, after 5-10 minutes of gameplay, my Xbox one X shuts down completely. No warning. No errors. 

I then have to unplug/plug-in the power brick on my Xbox before I can even turn it back on.
