I'm slowly going insane because of EA Support
I've been trying to contact EA support because of a false positive ban for around 2 weeks. I'm getting instant declines with the same premade message. It is all insane how it works. I can't have a proper conversation because there is no option to replay in the ticket system. I know a lot of everybody can say that, but I did not cheat. If I had cheated during these games that anti-cheat accused me of, I wouldn't have such bad stats from those games. And because I'm not a streamer, I can't even show any replays. I can only show EA logs that are attached to my Apex account. I didn't even win a single game, the most I did was maybe get 2 kills in one of those games. I know I can just create a new account and play, but I refuse to give up. I know I didn't do anything remotely close to breaking the TOS. Is there a way that I can somehow solve this with EA support?
