I'm slowly going insane because of EA Support

I've been trying to contact EA support because of a false positive ban for around 2 weeks. I'm getting instant declines with the same premade message. It is all insane how it works. I can't have a proper conversation because there is no option to replay in the ticket system. I know a lot of everybody can say that, but I did not cheat. If I had cheated during these games that anti-cheat accused me of, I wouldn't have such bad stats from those games. And because I'm not a streamer, I can't even show any replays. I can only show EA logs that are attached to my Apex account. I didn't even win a single game, the most I did was maybe get 2 kills in one of those games. I know I can just create a new account and play, but I refuse to give up. I know I didn't do anything remotely close to breaking the TOS. Is there a way that I can somehow solve this with EA support?

    I am having this exact same issue the support channels that are provided to handle these cases are completely inadequate the TOS team has zero over sight and no one cares what they do or don't do I have had my EA account for the better part of a decade and been playing apex since almost the day of it's release and I suddenly decide to cheat now? It makes no sense how few options and chances we as players are given to dispute these issues or to prove our innocence even with video proof which I am able to provide I've also made it clear in all of my tickets I am willing to co operate in anyway and have been met with two auto declined tickets both saying contradicting things with no dialogue or reply being allowed. I hope the TOS team or anyone else is able to help you with your issue and your not given the same old please fill out a ticket with our severely lacking TOS team as no one can help you on the forums spiel I have seen on almost every single post regarding this issue. o7 don't stop fighting this

    JasonKW1977  & Unikorin Sadly, the only ones who can handle issues with banned accounts, would be the EA TOS team.

    Unfortunately as well, if the response says you should "not expect anything further", than that means that the ban isn't going to be overturned.

    I wish I could help further, but I cannot. Best of luck with your case!

    Thank you for the well wishes unfortunately as you have stated my account is effectively a brick now as I've been met with the "do not expect anything further" message of doom the TOS review team should really have a way to be directly spoken to or some way of being held responsible as they are the first and only line of defense against these false positives and players abusing the report system like in my case. I understand your inability to act or help please understand none of this annoyance or anger is directed at any users on the forum simply at EA and respawns mismanagement of their own systems

    I haven't had a reason to talk to the EA TOS team myself, so I'm not sure how things are handled. However, it does sound like the experience could be improved in many ways, as this isn't the first time I've heard about players being unhappy with how their cases were handled.

    Your frustrations are also completely understandable, (I would be pretty upset myself too, if I ever got falsely banned). As long as your posts follow the EA Forums Rules & Guidelines, you should be good, and as I read your first reply, it was clear that you were providing feedback about your experiences with the EA TOS team in a respectful manner, so no need to worry.

    I know this post probably won't solve anything, but I felt the need to say something after struggling with EA support. Also, since this is the only account I'm playing Apex, why would I risk it all? Additionally, the fact that anti-cheat accused me of smurfing when I wasn't even doing well in my recent games is funny. But since I'm getting tired of this, I will probably try again after some time.
