Apex legends High ping

I am facing High ping in the game . and not only me i did ask in game players most of the players told me the having some issue.

I tried everything even talking to my isp. my speed is 900mbps which i restricted for this pc upto 300mbps

All other games giving me decent ping no issue what so ever.

Fortnite - 60ms - 80ms depending on  regions i choose

warzone -70ms on singapore servers

pubg 35ms

First i thought its from my side. i tried fixing everything but its not my problem only its for most of people some people don't face it.

This game is getting unplayable day by day.

    Hi @Arkaya23, 


    Have you tried changing datacenters to see if that makes a difference? Does this happen no matter which datacenter you're connected to?

    @EA_Kentyes man no matter what data center i choose
    i get +200ms ping what ever data center shows
    like singapore gce 1 say 110ms so i get 300 odd ping
    its same for every server
    i have already changed my windows. i did factory reset. router

    talked my isp provider. other games are fine with  80ms avg pings on asians servers
    now i am checking my tracroute
    everything seems fine

    Thank you for following up!

    The ping in the UOTrace doesn't look bad, but it wasn't able to capture the packet loss and the best/worst ping. Did you use the Poll option in the tool? Please give that a try and let it send about 100 packets. 

    Once that completes can you send the updated results? Thanks!

    @EA_Kent I confirmed with ea there servers are trash i mean the won't say trash but they admitted it they have same issues with xbox player though i play on pc it persists to me and some other players also.
    and yes i did poll also best is 105 and worst is 112 on all singapore based servers and i let it send 1000packets.

    Its simple man
    i play pubg ,warzone,cs-go crsed.
    i gave try to fortnite,valorant(spyware crap) to check the ping
    i am getting decent pings everywhere except apex legends.
    and i did everything from re installing to changing the windows.
    adding ports and all sort of stuff. so i dont think problem is on my side

    By the way i am not getting any kind of  packet loss in gameplay either its just the high ping like ifyou are using a bad vpn or vpn in general(i am not using though anything that sort of)

    i am at gold 4 right now cause of this ping though i won some  in that high ping too. but i am looking to next update if that will not fix it . I don't care i can't be bothered of one its not my life lets focus on some other games

    i hv problem with packet loss in singapore server, only happend in apex 
    i tried tokyo server and work fine, no loss 
    please fix singapore server 
    after genesis update the server hv high loss
