Mouse Not Being Detected

I have absolutely no idea why but whenever I move my mouse it freezes now and then, its like apex isn't detecting me moving my mouse, I know my mouse works fine and there isn't any dust or anything disrupting it (also all of my mouse inputs work, its just me moving my cursor around in-game and no this doesn't happen in any other game). I've tried to get it working in many different ways such as, restarting PC, removing any overlays running in the background and messing around with sensitivity and in-game settings. I have encountered this a few times in the past but after a few days (sometimes even a week) it goes away, however this one is much longer and I want to remove this for good (it also isn't associated with lag). Please help me fix this issue, as it makes the game unplayable on keyboard and mouse, thank you.
