Apex Legends Instruction at * referenced memory at * Memory could Not be Read

Hello!  I keep getting an error message in Apex Legends. Seemingly randomly while in game, my game will crash and I will get an error message somewhere along the lines of "the instruction at Dx3f57 ...

POSSIBLE FIX!

I haven't crashed since setting my target adaptive FPS thing to 60, rather than the max I had it on before. 

(I was crashing 50% of the time before I did this, haven't crashed for days now)

Nope, doesn't fix it.

Did that too, it definately doesnt crash less.

It crashed my first game actually, where it usually does it later...

I have never in my life played a game that was crashing so badly and so often (AAA title that is).
