Billing error on Melee

"Hi, I need assistance with a billing/item error in Apex Legends. I spent $20 on Apex Coins and the store allowed me to purchase the 'Frozen Raptor's Claw' Exotic Set (750 coins) even though I do not own the base Raptor's Claw weapon.

The item is completely unusable and locked in my inventory. Your website is looping me into 'Bug Reports' and won't let me reach a live agent. I am requesting a refund of the 750 coins to my account balance.
