Hey @ChibikiZ,
Are you seeing this over all datacenters in Europe or just specific datacenters?
This is a pretty generic connection error, so if this has been happening consistently I'd definitely suggest going through the connection troubleshooting steps here.
If you've checked through those options already, including changing DNS, it may also be worth checking these additional steps to see if there's any change.

So far I played on Amsterdam London and Belgium and all had the same result.
And this error is only happening on Europe datacenters any other datacenter outside of Europe is fine.
I will try looking trough the steps and see if it works.

After trying most of these solutions I am still getting randomly disconnected from Europe data servers.
I believe I tried all of them now and on every Europe data server I get the same error.
What I have tried so far- rebooted my router
- Flushing DNS
- Changing DNS
- Change wifi channels
- did speed test all resulting around the 80+ mbps up/download speed 5 ping
- reinstall the game
What I did not do
- open up TCP or UDP ports (I do not know how to do this.)Again this is only happening in EU
The ping is always fine as well never higher then 20-50 pingThis never happens on any other data server

Chibikii keep getting the error code “code:net”. i have tried deleting my assets and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and neither has helped. don’t send some bs about connectivity because other games work fine, it’s just this game.
Well now restarting wont even work I just get the error code anyways and get a penalty for this bug and loosing RP.
This time its code Cloud though.

Probably the game kicked me out and I had to update making me unable to rejoin the game.
