I got mistakenly banned, and I'm not getting any effort back to get unbanned.

Question

I was suddenly banned for "cheating" when I have never cheated, nor would I do something that stupid and risk it on my main account that I spent money on.

I got my appeal denied 3 times when I feel like I'm just getting automatic responses without telling me what I exactly did.

I tried to give proof on everything that I can think of including exitlag settings and a photo showing my rank progression with the fact that I've been between gold 1 and 2 for a whole WEEK. If I was actually cheating, I am not making that little progress. I also tried to give some gameplay footage I have. I said I would happy to provide anything else but I'm just getting ignored .Plus my match logs show that I have not been playing that good my last few days.

The only thing I can think of is if I just got spam reported or hacked temporarily. But I have no idea because they wont tell me.

So I'm just lost on what more I can do, cause I feel like I'm not getting any valid responses for me to prove my innocence on. In my last appeal I genuinely tried to give the most information I possibly can but I just got an email saying "Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

Any advice on what I can do?

Don't waste your time, moderators here will tell you it's out of their competence and to contact support.
Support as you experienced won't help you at all, the best they will give you is minus 30 minutes of your day, saying they are sorry that you got this problem and they will hope it fixes soon! Apparently EA support is some cheap AI that pities you with his pointless answers and has no clue how to solve problems.
My question is does anybody actually work for post sales in this company at all? Probably not.

I'm dealing with the same issue since October and it my acct wont show why or how log I'm banned for . I'm so annoyed and nobody helps. Im back form Military leave and want to play some pex with friends as it helps my mental health. I got banned after a PC hacker got into into my acct and tried to make purchases and all that and I ended up trying to get back into my acct. The Mods will just tell you that the only one that will help is the TOS team but they do nothing but spit out a generic message stating my appeal is denied. I'm very frustrated and upset. This game has helped my mental health when playing when I’m home and not in the military. I had many times of suicidal thoughts in this game kept my mind off of things and help me with my friends and I know that might sound cheesy, but it’s true.
