Crash in Lobby

After compiling shaders I get a black screen for 30-60 seconds, then I get this weird lobby where I can't access anything. Afterwards it does give me code: net, but my internet is fine. Says Dallas servers have 16-26ms ping before I load in and 1000ms in the lobby. Already fully redownloaded the game on steam, the same issue happens on steam and ea. Tried clean booting my pc. Tried directX 11.
