I can't access my account.

Hello, I have an account in Ea and I can't access it because it is linked to an old email, you can help me please.

    Hello @naif_rf1,

    what method of contact did you use? Did you try contacting them via E-Mail? If so, it can take several days for an answer to arrive. However, if you cannot access your e-mail, then you won't be able to access the e-mail reply from support.

    I would suggest trying to start a chat or contacting support while you're not logged in, so as a guest, so you can put in an e-mail of your choice as the e-mail that support should send the reply to.

  • Same here. Have to say, the process of contacting EA is pretty taxing; I needed to create an account just to use the live chat (hence the temp in the UN) And there appears no way of adding a new case on here, either? Strange service EA has for their size and obvious wealth.

    I've contacted them several times via the aforementioned live chat about the fact the email I created the account with years ago no longer exists. I've given them the account number, current IP, email address for account creation. Even the last 4 digits of the card I had back then, phone number and address. Seemingly the problem is the fact I haven't logged in within the last 12 months, the last log in date and have no invoices of purchases. This is what I'm assuming... But how exactly does one remember their last log in? And how the heck does one recover a deleted email address that is definitely, yes, deleted and then magically reclaim very, very deleted invoices....? 

    There needs to be another method of contact available, such as phone. Is there another contact method, manager etc. available? There appears to be no way around this, even though I've given them I believe the correct information.

    I mean, I couldn't even submit a complaint on live chat earlier.... Crazy corporation, truly.

    Mentioning, I need access to my account. The old email is deleted and I need the account updated with an accessible one. If someone tells me to contact live chat again, I swear I'll grab the nearest mallet and bash myself to death with it. It's quite the hopeless system for whatever reason.

    Someone needs to critique the current account security policies because it's seemingly impossible getting anywhere.
