EA canot release banned account automatically ?

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans. It sounds like you need to contact EA help directly to get help with this one.

So it looks they did nothing on this issue.
I don't think that's fair, my account shouldn't be banned for any one more second.
