Can we get a resolution on this integrity error?

Can somebody at EA/Apex at least let us know a fix is being worked on? I either A) want to know what I have open that I can close to play the game or B) let us know a hotfix is on the way so we can play again.

    but for those that din't have it installed ?? and have literally cleared everything and reinstalled the game ? ..come on EA take notice
