EA Support Non-Existent

So I logged on to Apex Legends after not playing for a month due to me being home for Christmas break. I came back and I was banned for Cheating. Not sure why, as I've never cheated, that's just wh...

    The case showing as "updated" could mean that it's been transferred or escalated. That doesn't necessarily mean you've been sent a response. Unfortunately we don't have a way of knowing how long an investigation like this could take. The team will get back to you via email as soon as they can.

@EA_Kent Any idea how long it will take? It keeps saying my case has been updated but I can't view a reply on the help site and I don't get an email. I'm just confused.
