Email changing problem

You could follow these steps as indicated by EA Help:

If you can’t access your email account, get in touch with your email service provider to see if you can recover it. Most providers let you recover your account by:

• resetting your password
• answering security questions
• verifying your identity or alternative email address associated with that account.

Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service provider’s website, or visit their support site for more help.

I deleted my email more than 4 years so recovery is impossible. I tried your link and also didn't work just every time sayin you were pretty close to get back you account but it needs a payment from the last 12 months but i can not give cause i did not play that is why i need a human because i can validate every information about the account and myself.

Is there not a chat option available on your end? Or does that option require you to show a payment from the last 12 months?
