False ban potentially

I hate reaching out this way, but I've exhausted everything for the outreach of friends and the EA process; I was recently permanently banned for my name in Apex Legends. While it was my third strike for names technically both times I was suspended in the past was for "BuffWattsonsThighs | twitch" or a variant of that.(WHICH I TREIED TO DESPUTE AND WAS IGNORED) dont believe this name was against TOS
I understand that my name of "petite femboy in thigh highs" could have been seen as offensive, and I am greatly sorry it was just a string of femboy names I've been using for the past year. I can't apologize for the femboy names cause they were intentional, but I won't be as arrogant in the future with how I display myself. I am sorry for being ignorant and naïve.
I'm pretty sure this just has to be a fault with the automated system. As an understanding I never played a video game till 2022 being apex and its literally still the only fps game ive played to this date, I'm a loyal fan and customer who wants to play the game... please help
Please contact me when possible about the situation I know you are asked for stuff all day, and this is a minimum priority. I do believe I deserve another chance I hope you can see that too.
