Gifting Not Eligible

Howdy Neighbor,

To be clear, I would be considered the recipient or the person receiving the gift. It seems that my friend is able to gift others but not gift myself. I triple-checked the requirements for gifting AND receiving gifts, and we both meet the criteria for each one. Also, I'd like to mention there were three accounts that showed my name on his side when selecting who the gift was going to. There were 2 PC accounts with the name 'Vibuz' and there was 1 PlayStation account also named 'Vibuz' (which I do not recall ever launching Apex Legends on a console). He attempted sending the gift to both the appearing PC accounts, and both retorted 'NOT ELIGIBLE' although when he tried sending the gift to the PlayStation account it successfully sent the gift. If the regional restraints for the PlayStation are the same for the PC, this would rise my curiosity even more. These are the issues I am hearing, and seeing from his side as he shared his screen, through the process.
