@NAGAAATO dude - I think you fixed my problem after 3 weeks of issues. Thank you man! Tonight it ran nearly perfectly. Will verify tomorrow if it's still fixed.
For anyone else watching, I did video 1, then ran TCPOptimizer and just used "optimal" settings. I also changed my DNS from google to cloudflare (1.1.1.1) because it's allegedly faster. Then rebooted. Wish I'd tried the game beforehand to make sure it wasn't just that the servers had low traffic tonight, but oh well - will edit if this fix turns out not to work.
