Same here. Have to say, the process of contacting EA is pretty taxing; I needed to create an account just to use the live chat (hence the temp in the UN) And there appears no way of adding a new case on here, either? Strange service EA has for their size and obvious wealth.
I've contacted them several times via the aforementioned live chat about the fact the email I created the account with years ago no longer exists. I've given them the account number, current IP, email address for account creation. Even the last 4 digits of the card I had back then, phone number and address. Seemingly the problem is the fact I haven't logged in within the last 12 months, the last log in date and have no invoices of purchases. This is what I'm assuming... But how exactly does one remember their last log in? And how the heck does one recover a deleted email address that is definitely, yes, deleted and then magically reclaim very, very deleted invoices....?
There needs to be another method of contact available, such as phone. Is there another contact method, manager etc. available? There appears to be no way around this, even though I've given them I believe the correct information.
I mean, I couldn't even submit a complaint on live chat earlier.... Crazy corporation, truly.
