I lost account my
progress

Question

I was loading into Apex Legends. It told me to log back in and I did that and waited until the game loaded into the lobby and I saw I was level one. I didn't have my heirloom lose&nbsp; all my skins. I've tried everything but nothing‘s working.&nbsp;

To clarify what's happened here, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
That seems to be what happened here as well. Once you were prompted to log back in, it looks like you've logged into a new EA account rather than the original EA account where that progress was first made. To try restoring access to that missing progress, you'll need to&nbsp;re-link your PSN account to that previous EA account instead.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.&nbsp;
