Unable to queue into either ranked or unranked game modes

Currently, and for most of the day, when I queue in either ranked or unranked, I sit at "1 player in queue" for a very long period of time, and I never seem to get into a game.

I have never been banned or suspended, and don't seem to see anyone else on this forum with this issue.

I change regions, same issue.
