I won the ranked game and it didn't count

I've had 600ish pts on plat 3, I've won the game playing as mirage. After Final legend screen I've pressed back to lobby, its stacked and apex crashed. I've launched it again and all my ranked points for this win are gone!!
Weekly quest remained with the proggress thought
UPDATE:
I've player 2 more games, In 1st I've died and lost pts, it counted and in 2nd I've reached top 5, got some points and again, afer I've pressed :"return to lobby" error accured and It didn't count again WTF

    The exact same thing just happened to me I won like 300 but then go back to home screen and it's still 107? I have the screen shot I dont understand why this is happening the games broken mate

    Same here, I can lose points but not gain any even if I win matches.

    Same thing here. I've effectively lost 600RP due to it not applying to my rank.

    Same thing here I won 327 points cs we won a match then it wouldn’t connect me back to the lobby but when I got back it was where I started before the match happened

    But then I played another match and I could still lose points
