I played a game of trios on 2/18/25 at 11:30 PM and dropped a 4,259 damage game and should have gotten my 4K badge. I didn’t get my badge and have contacted EA help. It has been 4 days and they told me it would be fixed and I would get my badge. There hasn’t been a fix yet and EA live chat isn’t even working now. Please help. My user is Bored wasz11 and I play on a Xbox One X. I play on Xbox one. Badges are enabled and should be working respawn tweeted that out.
Badges should indeed be working, but it seems that they are not being granted in some cases.
I heard from a CM that Respawn/EA is tracking this issue, though that's all that I know.
All that can be done now is wait for a patch. Do keep in mind that it's not guaranteed that you will get your badge once they resolve this issue, as in some cases the progress did not actually get stored on their end, meaning they technically don't have any proof on their end.
Let's hope in this case that it did track properly, but that it's just not being granted properly.
Well EA advisors told me that I’m gonna be getting my badge and guaranteed it, so hopefully they are right. If it doesn’t appear on my account I lowkey might just stop playing apex. I love the game but if you work for something like that and it messes up that’s just ridiculous. Thanks for the heads up though

I had this same problem tonight and I’m really upset about it I was shredding it with bloodhound and got over 4k and it didn’t give it to me
Also how did you even manage that 4k 🤣 u only killed two people but im sure you made those 6 others very mad 😂
I sat back with a triple take and just farmed damage lol I was soloing in trios too so I was able to get a lot of damage
Same issue with 2k. Hope EA gets this figured out
I just talked to an EA advisor and they said their team is aware of the issue and working on it, I’m frustrated they didn’t push it out with the new update today but hopefully next update fixes it and we get our badges, just submit a case with proof of your damage and you not receiving your damage badge, if you show them as much proof of this you’ll get your badge with the fix

The conversation with EA advisors is a case itself and get submitted after the conversation you can also resume your case to get an update or you can start a new case to see where things are at
