[July 21] Apex Account Reset

Same my account has been back to level zero for how many years of playing and my stats

Hi, I was attempting to log into my account and I got an error then i tried a few hours later and my account had been reset to level 0 and lost ability to play ranked etc. please help me get everything back. Thanks.

when I tried to log into Apex Legends this afternoon, first i was stuck in a black loading screen. I then changed my server to south carolina (was Frankfurt) and i was able to get into the game. However, I then realized that while i still had all my items (cosmetics / rank / accountwide badges / ingame currency) my accounts stats were reset that means I am now lvl1 and I have no kills / dmg / legend specific badges anymore. Furthermore it seems i can also not access any gamemodes apart from the training one has to absolve before playing the game.

I would greatly appreciate your help on this matter.

my account is reset to level 1, all lifetime and seasonal stats reset, only have my skins...

Thanks for the reports. While this sounds similar to what took place back in April, this does appear to be a separate incident so it's not currently something we can address the same way.

We've passed these reports along so we can check into what took place here, thanks for the patience while we're checking into this further.

My Apex Legends account with 3000-4000 hours has been reset to level 1. All lifetime and seasonal stats are gone. Current seasonal battlepass was completed and now reverted to level 53. I still have my purchased skins and I can equip them, however I cannot confirm I have everything I've every purchased. Please help, thank you.
