Lobby Glitch By Cross Progression

I’ve been reading everywhere that cross progression is rolling out in waves. I don’t have cross progression from my PS4 to my Xbox all the the way tho. My Xbox shows the club I was in on PS4 but it’s not allowing me to see the battle pass , my legends, my skins, or the store. Also, my legend tokens crafting metals and apex coins just show a loading sign no amounts. On top of that I literally don’t have any of my legends accept the basic 6 and I have brought heirlooms. Im not sure what it is but any help is welcomed.

    This happens because your progress is stored on the EA account where it was first earned, not your individual platforms (Xbox, PS4).

    By unlinking the platform and linking it to a different EA account, you're losing that progress from the first EA account. Progress cannot be merged between different EA accounts.

    To restore that, you would need to re-link your Xbox to its original EA account. If you're unable to do so, you can get in touch with support directly to see what other options may be available.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

    Did you unlink one of your platform accounts (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch) to a different EA account?

    Keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account itself and not on the platform account.
    This means that if you relink one of your platform accounts to a different EA account that it won't bring over the progress.
    You'll need to relink your platform account back to the EA account it was originally linked to if you want to get your progress back.

    All I did was connect my XBOX account to my PS4 EA account and it shows I cant unlink it until 2024
