Problems with Joining a match.

I don't know if this is a common issue right now or not but ill ask anyway, i was recently banned (due to my account getting hacked) and after a month was finally fully successfully unbanned, yet i cannot join any matches, firing range and Bot royal are both stock on "matchmaking 1 in que" and ranked/quick match is stuck on "matchmaking..."
