Missing Coins from Gold Battle Pass look tick
I have opened gold loot ticks on three occasions and they all contained 600 apex coins. Sadly these coins never got added to my account. I got in touch with customer service several times and no one seemed to help, the only answer I got from them was nothing can be done about items not added to your account from battle pass loot. My question, therefore, is how fair is this as the loot came from actually paid-for battle pass loot.

I believe there may be some confusion with these packs. They don't actually contain Apex Coins, but rather the Crafting Metals in-game currency.
The last of these packs I see being opened back on March 3rd contained 600 Crafting Metals which were added to your account correctly.
Fortunately it doesn't appear anything went missing in this case, and you should have those Crafting Metals still available to use. 🙂
