Missing Prestige Skin - Valk Event
Hello,
I was gifted the Event Packs and after opening all 25 of them I did not receive the Valk Prestige Skin. All other event items were in the packs minus the Heirloom shards to redeem the skin. Are there any ideas on how to obtain the skin that was PURCHASED and guaranteed as part of the event?

Opening all the packs only guarantees the skin if all the unlocks were completed during the event.
If you had finished opening the packs after the event ended, it was no longer active and wouldn't result in the skin being unlocked I'm afraid.
At this point it would just need to be picked up with heirloom shards like any other heirloom or prestige skin.
